Joseph W. Bonner's Obituary
Joseph W. Bonner, of Delran, died Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at his residence with his family and his two best friends by his side.
A graduate of Palmyra High School, he also attended Temple University and the University of Connecticut. A Vietnam veteran, he served in the U.S. Air Force, and was a member of the American Legion Post 146. He also belonged to the organizations, "Men of Malvern" and "Sons of Union Members of the Civil War" for many years. Mr. Bonner was a former Vice-President of Millward Brown, Inc. and former President of The Research Center and The Data Group, Inc. He was associated with the volunteer activities of Catholic Charities and Samaritan Hospice.
Son of the late James and Eunice Bonner. He is survived by his loving wife of 52 years, Alice (nee Cote), one son, Michael J. (Donna) of Beverly, NJ; two daughters, Denyse M. (Glenn) Jenner of Virginia Beach, VA and Eunice "Elyse" (Joseph) Cannizzaro of Edgewater Park, NJ. He was predeceased by his sister, Eunice "Gloria" Deegan as well as his brother, James. Also, surviving are two grandchildren, Sean and Michael Bonner, eight Godchildren, and many cousins, nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Joe’s life celebration memorial gathering on Saturday, May 2nd, at Sacred Heart Church in Riverton, 4th and Linden Ave., from 10 am - 11 am. His Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 am. Remembrances may be made in Joe's name to Samaritan Hospice, 5 Eves Dr., Suite 300, Marlton, NJ 08053.
