Joseph John Cullen, Jr., 74, passed away on Wednesday February 18, 2020.
Joe was born on March 1, 1945 in Southwest section of Philadelphia, Pa.
He served in the United States Army and was a devoted son, brother, and friend throughout his life.
Joseph J. Cullen, Jr. is survived by his only sister Helene, whom he loved dearly.
