Joseph DeStasio's Obituary
Joseph DeStasio passed away peacefully on November 8, 2018 with his family by his side.
Born on March 10, 1939 in Montecalvo Irpino, Italy, Joe was 79 years old.
Son of Elena Lo Casale and Antonio DeStasio.
He was a resident of Cinnaminson for 35 years and formerly lived in the Bronx New York.
Beloved husband of 53 years to Julie (nee Astarita).
Loving father of Joseph A. (Claudette) DeStasio, Stacey E. DeStasio and Christine F. DeStasio.
Cherished Nonno to Gabriella, Gianna, Elena, Christian, Nicolette, Thomas Joseph, Julianna and Sophia.
Beloved brother of Gina, Pia and Alfie.
Joe especially enjoyed spending time with his family, cooking Sunday dinners and sharing Italian recipes with everyone as well as visiting the shore.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Monday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North
His Funeral Mass will follow 11 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church Riverton.
Interment will take place at Lakeview Memorial Park.
