Joseph L. "Buddy" Esposito Jr's Obituary
Joseph Leonard Esposito Jr., affectionately known as “Buddy” to those who knew and loved him, of Cherry Hill, NJ, passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his family on July 18, 2020. Born in Camden, NJ to the late Rita and Joseph Leonard Esposito Sr., he was 82 years old.
Buddy was the beloved husband of Laura Lynne (nee Bain) for 46 years. Loving father of Laurie Anne Esposito and Joseph Leonard Esposito III. Adoring grandfather of Carly Martin. Dear brother of Dorothy Esposito and brother-in-law of William “Beau” Ianni. Cherished friend of Ralph Blum (Donna) and Jaimie Stuhltrager (Robert). He will be greatly missed by his nieces and nephews: Ginger Wheeler (Bob), Dorothy Gattuso, Lisa Tender (Bob), Billy Stone (Wendy), Joe Angelino (Kristy), Jerome Watson, and a special thanks to his nephew Calvin Jordan (Maria) for caring for his uncle during his illness. Buddy was predeceased by his sisters, Genevieve “Bunny” Stone and Anne Angelino.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Marlton, 398 East Main St., on Friday, July 24th, from 1 to 2 pm. His memorial service will begin at 2 pm and will be livestreamed from his tribute page. Military honors will follow.
Facial coverings, limited crowd numbers, and social distancing will be in effect.
