Joseph Patrick McDonough's Obituary
Joseph Patrick McDonough, affectionately known as “Mac” to those who knew and loved him, of Cinnaminson, passed away peacefully at his home on November 30, 2020. Born to the late Joseph and Rose McDonough, he was 78 years old.
Joe was the beloved husband of the late Barbara Sue McDonough (nee D’Eustachio) who passed in 1995. Loving father of Paul McDonough (Maria), Theresa McDonough, Colleen McFadden (Kevin), David McDonough (Tammy), and the late Danny McDonough. Cherished grandfather of Joey, Kyle, Grace, Alexis, Caitlyn, Rebecca, Casey, Jack, Zachary, and Olivia. Dear brother of Rosemary Coyle (Joseph), Kas Donahue (Tom), Anne Marie Sharadin (Rick), the late John McDonough and the late Patrick McDonough. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and dear friends.
Joe “Mac” graduated from the first class of Holy Cross High School in 1961. He then began his life as an entrepreneur, owning Mac’s Janitorial and Mr. Donut Shop in Cinnaminson. Mac was devoted to his family, and will be missed tremendously.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 East Main Street, on Friday, December 4th, from 8:45 am to 10:15 am. His funeral Mass will begin at 11 am at Sacred Heart R.C. Catholic Church, 4th Street and Linden Avenue, Riverton, followed by interment in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson. Social distancing, masks, and crowd restrictions will be enforced at the funeral home, church, and cemetery.
