Joseph T. McGuigan's Obituary
Joseph T. McGuigan "Butch" passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 8, 2015, at the University of Pennsylvania Hospital in Philadelphia. Born in Atlantic City, Joe was 75 years old. He was a resident of Cinnaminson, NJ. Beloved husband of 55 years to Cecilia (nee Dwyer). Loving father of Thomas, Joseph (Donna), Michael (Linda), Vincent (Leslie) and James (Jennifer). Brother of Patricia (John) Zamorski and Kathleen McGuigan. Loving Pop-pop to Thomas (Christine), Amber, the late Joseph, Maria, Colleen, Nicole (Christopher), the late Jenna, Courtney, Timothy, Samantha, James and Keeley. Great GrandPop to Jordan, Addison, Hope and Michael.
Butch was a retired truck-driver for Metalstand Company in Philadelphia. He loved hunting, fishing and especially spending time with his family at their mountain house.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Butch's Life Celebration and viewing Sunday 6-8 p.m. and Monday 8:45-9:45 a.m. at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North. His Funeral Mass will follow 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Branch Pike & Pomona Road, Cinnaminson, NJ. His eulogy will precede the Mass at 10:15 a.m. in Church.
Interment will take place at Lakeview Memorial, Cinnaminson, NJ
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the University of Pennsylvania Hospital 3400 Spruce St. Philadelphia, PA 19104.
