Josephine "JoJo" Curd's Obituary
Josephine Delores Curd (nee Ferretti), affectionately known as “JoJo” by all who knew her, passed away on September 29, 2019. Born in Queens, NY, she was currently residing in Cinnaminson, NJ. She was 98 years old.
JoJo was the beloved wife of the late Wilbur J. Curd for 64 years until his passing in 2006. Loving mother of Jerilyn Thompson and her husband Peter, and Jacqueline Brand and her husband Donald. Cherished grandmother of Kristina Newton (John), Kara DeBonis (Brian), Laura Brand, Christopher Brand, Michael Thompson (Vanessa), and Paul Thompson. Great grandmother of Samantha (Ryan), Sydney (Nick), Gunnar, Alixandra, Daniella, Dominic, Dylan, Romeo, Brandon, and Devin. Great Great Grandmother of Gianna, Leeah, Charlotte, and expecting Baby Boy Theodore. Dear sister of Gerald Ferretti (Irene) and Marie Pietroforte. Also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends who will miss her tremendously. JoJo lived life to the fullest and will always be 29 and feed you cakes and pies until you burst!
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 120 Route 130 N., on Tuesday evening, October 1st, from 6 – 9 pm. On Thursday, October 3rd, family and friends will be meeting at Givnish FGuneral Home at 9 am to process to Brigadier General William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery, 350 Provinceline Rd., Wrightstown, NJ, for the 10:30 am committal service. In lieu of flowers, donations in JoJo’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, www.Heart.Org.
