Josephine C. O'Neal's Obituary
Josephine C. O’Neal (nee Cianto) passed away peacefully on Tuesday, February 13, 2018, at The Lutheran Crossings Nursing Home, Moorestown, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, Josie was 94 years old. She was just shy of 95 born March 22, 1923. She survived her husband Donald O’Neal deceased February 17,1985. She was a resident of Cinnaminson and formerly of Cherry Hill, NJ. Josie proudly served her country in the US Army during WWII where she supported our troops by assembling machine guns and working on airplanes. After the war, Josie was employed at the Philadelphia Naval Yard managing the tool crib. In her later years, Josie was employed at the Windsor Diner in Cherry Hill until she was 87 years of age. There she cheerful entertained her customers.

Grandmother of Mark (Brenda) Wright, Brad (Hallie) Wright, the late Gary O’Neal, Lisa (Justin) Pucci, Donald (Katherine) O’Neal, Jr.
Great Grandmother of Josephine and Catalina Wright, Elsie and George Wright, Daniel and Alyssa Pucci, Aubrie and (Sierra) O’Neal
Also surviving are her sisters Ann Jensen, Gloria Baker and Lena Bronzini.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Memorial Service Thursday, March 1st, at 10:30 a.m. at the Broad Street United Methodist Church 36 Broad Street, Burlington, NJ 08016.
Friends may arrive at 9:30 a.m.
Interment will follow at Brigadier General Wm. C. Doyle/NJ Veterans Cemetery, Wrightstown, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Broad Street United Methodist Church.
