Judith A. Nishioka's Obituary
Judith A. Nishioka (née Parker) passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 30, 2025, at her residence in Marlton, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Brooklyn, NY, to John and Marion Parker, Judy was 84 years old. She had been a resident of New Jersey since 1984 and previously lived in New York, Japan, California and Italy.
Judy was predeceased by her beloved husband, Chikashi Nishioka. She was the devoted mother of Christopher Nishioka, Andrea Nishioka, Mary (George) Zsolnay, and Julie (Joseph) DeDeo and the cherished grandmother of Connor Zsolnay, Luke DeDeo, and John DeDeo.
Throughout her career, Judy worked as a flight attendant for Alitalia Airlines, an administrative assistant at Revlon, and later retired as an administrative assistant at the Department of Defense in Philadelphia.
In her younger years, Judy enjoyed traveling, shopping and had a deep love for animals, often caring for wayward dogs in need.
A private service for the family will be held Monday at Givnish of Marlton 398 East Main Street. Burial at St. John Cemetery, Middle Village (Queens), NY will also be private.
