Judith Rodriguez's Obituary
Judith Rodriguez, 68, of Edgewater Park, New Jersey passed on December 3, 2017 surrounded by loving family and friends. Judith was born in Brooklyn, NY and started her family in Long Island, NY. Judith moved to Edgewater Park, NJ to reunite with family and raise her children. Judy dedicated her life to raising her children, grandchildren, and anyone else that crossed her path. She was a model of selflessness, as she cared for the needs of those around her more than the needs of herself. She taught us how to love, but more importantly, how to give. Her legacy will undoubtedly live on. Judith is survived by two sons, Dimas Rodriguez Jr. (Tina Rodriguez) and Michael Rodriguez (Lisa Ptaszenski). She was a loving grandmother and guardian to Antonio Castro (Vanessa Castro), and Amanda Castro (William Craythorn). Judith had very special relationships with her grandchildren; Kristin Rodriguez, Dimas Rodriguez III, Brielle Rodriguez (Heather Geoghon), Kaitlin Rodriguez, Nikolas Rodriguez, River Rodriguez, and Jaelynn Rodriguez. She is also survived by two great-grandchildren, Savannah Castro, and William Craythorn. In addition to her children and grandchildren, Judy is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She will be welcomed into heaven by her mother and father, Raymond and Elizabeth Koch, her sister, Maureen, her children, Jackie and Shawn Rodriguez, and her life partner, David Darling. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend Judith’s viewing this Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North. Her Funeral Service will follow at 12:30 p.m. The Burial will follow at Odd Fellows Cemetery in Burlington NJ.
