Judith Letitia Stinson (nee Tyree) passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020 in Marlton, NJ at the age of 80. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Judy was the oldest daughter to the late Horace Tyree and late Edythe Tyree. At the time of her passing she resided in Williamstown, NJ. Judy was the beloved wife of the late John Stinson. She was the loving sister of Horace Tyree Jr. (Son Ye), Barbara Tyree and Warner Tyree (Alisia). Judy was the loving Aunt to Elizabeth Tyree (Andrew), Alex Tyree, Daniel Tyree (Sherry), Ava Tyree, Lily Tyree, Warner Tyree, Ashton Tyree, Sharon Reid, the late Sharon Tyree-Reid (Derick), and the late Philip Tyree-Reid. Judy formerly worked for the government and then became a secretary at Temple University. Where she worked for over 20 years and happily retired from Temple. Once retired from Temple Judy moved to Williamstown, NJ, where she enjoyed taking care of her yard and also watching from her window for deer, rabbits, wild turkey and the occasional fox grazing in her backyard. Judy loved sports, especially her Philadelphia 76ers. Judy still enjoyed going back to Philadelphia or as she would say “I’m going into town”. She liked going to the different events in the city. One of her favorite’s during the summer was always the Wawa hoagie day, and she liked Jazz on the Avenue. Judy loved spending time with her family and friends. Judy lived a full and beautiful life as a wonderful and loving daughter, sister, wife, aunt, and friend. She will be dearly missed and forever in our hearts.
