We want to express our deepest sympathies to all of you on the passing of our dear colleague Julius.
Julius was the best colleague a person can ask, a great architect while working at the Architecture and Engineering Department and the Construction Management Department at NYC School Construction Authority. He was always very supportive and motivating as a co-worker with a constant smile on his face.
We are extremely fortunate to have the opportunity to work and share beautiful memories with Julius. It was truly an honor to have a colleague like him who was part of our family.
We are going to miss Julius.

Hi my name is Carl Colombo from the NYCSCA and Julius work for me for years. So I want to say that I'm sorry for your loss. I will always remember Julius for his smile and his respect of everyone as Julius was a sweet and caring person who I could always count on to do his job with professionalism and compassion. He will be missed but not forgotten and his spirit will live on in the work he did for the SCA.
