Karen Elaine Heinsinger's Obituary
Karen E. Heinsinger (née Eibye), a resident of Shamong, passed away on January 18th surrounded by her family. Beloved wife of 45 years of Charles J. Heinsinger. Dear mother of Charlene E. Weber and Michelle L. Heinsinger. Grandmother of Gavin and Brooklyn Weber. Karen was born in Moorestown and attended Moorestown High School. Karen went on to Glassboro State College where she earned her bachelor of arts degree. She was a retired teacher for Mullica Township public schools. Karen had a bubbly personality that lit up the room. Her love for her family and friends was evident as was her love for the beach. If she wasn’t spending days at the beach she was continuing the role of # 1 cheerleader for her girls and grandkids throughout their sporting events. Karen lived life to the fullest and went on to instill that into her children. Let’s all remember this wonderful woman by her very own words: “Damn she was thin!” Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Saturday, January 26th starting 1pm at Givnish Funeral Home of Marlton, 398 E. Main Street. Sharing by family and friends will start at 4pm. Donations in Karen’s memory may be made to the Bridge of Books Foundation (bridgeofbooksfoundation.org) To share your fondest memory of Karen please visit Givnish.com
