Kathleen C. Lees' Obituary
Kathleen C. Lees (nee Vilotti) passed away peacefully at her home with her family by her side on June 1, 2024. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Louis and Florence (nee Califano) Vilotti, she was 80 years old.
She was resident of Medford for over 40 years, and former resident of Avalon, NJ and Havertown, PA.
Kathleen was the beloved wife of James Joseph Lees for 54 years; loving mother of Michele Houp (Greg), J.J. Lees, and Brian Lees (Cory); cherished Mimi to Matthew, Tyler, Lauren, Michael, Benjamin, and Lydia; dear sister of Louis Vilotti Jr. (Wendy), and the late Lois Massaro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends who will miss her greatly.
Kathleen graduated from Archbishop Prendergast Catholic High School. After high school graduation she worked at Goldman Sachs in Philadelphia. Then in the summer of 1969 in Avalon, NJ she met and fell in love with James Lees. They were married and started their life and family together. Kathleen enjoyed spending time with her family especially her cherished grandchildren.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation on Tuesday, June 11th from 10 am to 11:30 am. Her Life Celebration Service will begin at 11:30 am. Interment will be private.
