Kevin Montgomery's Obituary
Kevin Montgomery, born and raised in Covington, VA, currently of Palmyra, NJ, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2022 with his family by his side.
Devoted husband to Renay Montgomery (nee Reed) for 25 years. Dear father to Owen, Emily and Evan Montgomery. Brother to Terri, Dale, Jaunita, Michael, Andy, Jody, Kelly and the late Randy. Son to the late Randolph O. Montgomery Jr. and the late Gwynette Ann (nee Powers). He’s survived by his Stepmother Rose Montgomery. He will be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Kevin proudly served in the United States Navy from 1982 to 1988. He later was a dedicated Safety Production Manager for Rimtec in Burlington for many years. When he wasn’t working, Kevin would often be found with a Miller Lite in hand, singing his favorite country song or watching the History Channel and The Waltons. Most of all he will be remembered as a hardworking, small-town southern man that loved his wife and children.
A gathering of friends and family will be held privately.
