Leonard P. Garry (Giarraputo) of Cherry Hill, NJ passed away on December 26, 2012 at the age of 82. Beloved husband of the late Audrey A. (nee Kirby) Garry. Dear father of Leonard J. Giarraputo (Linda) of Medford, NJ and Maryanne Garry (Devon Polaschek) of Wellington, New Zealand. Loving grandfather of Amanda, Ryan, Brianna and Megan. Len will be missed by his companion Sandy. Leonard was born in Brooklyn, NY son of the late Leonard and Rose Giarraputo. Leonard graduated from NYU and went on to obtain the CPCU designation for insurance underwriting. He also attended Juilliard School of Music for piano studies. He retired as a senior vice president at Marsh & McLennan Companies in Philadelphia, PA. Relatives and friends are invited to Len?s Life Celebration Saturday January 5, 2013 starting 10 AM at Christ the King Church, 200 Windsor Ave, Haddonfield NJ followed by his funeral Mass 11:00 AM and interment at Locustwood cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the American Lung Association, 527 Plymouth Rd., Plymouth Meeting PA 19462
