Lester Reilly's Obituary
Lester “Bud” Francis Reilly, 81, passed away peacefully on June 21, 2014 in Cinnaminson, New Jersey after an extended illness.
Bud was born to the late Vincent Reilly and Marion Hayes Reilly in Brooklyn, New York on April 28, 1933. He received his GED during his honorable service in the United States Navy. After his service, he lived most of his life in the Cherry Hill, New Jersey area, working as a salesman and bank courier.
In his free time, Bud loved playing his favorite sport of golf. He was always surrounded by great friends and memories during his membership at the Willow Brook Country Club in Moorestown, New Jersey.
Bud is survived by: one brother, Jay Reilly of ¬¬New Jersey; four children, Richard Reilly and his wife Melanie of Massachusetts, Donna Reilly-Askew of Ohio, Andrew Reilly and his wife Margaret of South Carolina, and Susan Tamagni and her husband Michael of New Jersey; three step-children, Bill, Thomas, and Jane von Kessel, all of New Jersey; 14 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
He was the father of late Joy Reilly, Timothy Reilly, and Paul Reilly, and brother of the late Fr. Donald Reilly and Richard Reilly.
The family will attend Mass on Sunday, July 13, 2014 at 10 am Parish of the Resurrection Church of the Holy Name (260 Conrow Road in Delran, New Jersey).
