Lily Anne Caselton's Obituary
Lily Anne Caselton of Moorestown, NJ passed away on January 31, 2017. She was born in New York in 1918 and lived much of her life in New York and northern NJ. She moved to southern NJ about 10 years ago to be near her daughter and family.
Lil was a woman of indomitable spirit and independence. She was a legal secretary in Manhattan her entire working life. She loved to laugh with friends and family. She loved travel, design, fashion, dining, concerts, reading, movies and discussing current events.
She was so very proud of her grandsons and never ceased to take great enjoyment in their accomplishments and escapades. Having them join her for lunch or dinner was one of her greatest pleasures.
Among the friends and family near and dear to Lil’s heart was Joanne Krohn of Moorestown, NJ who provided loving care and companionship filled with laughter.
Lil is survived by her daughter, Lisa Caselton, her son-in-law, Stephen Console, and her two grandsons, Kevin Console and Keith Console, all of Philadelphia, PA. She is preceded in death by her husband, William J. Caselton, and her son, William J. Caselton, Jr.
Lil and her inspiring zest for life will be missed by all.
There will be a private family memorial service in the spring.
