Loretta M. McCormick's Obituary
Loretta M. McCormick (nee Tugman) passed away peacefully on October 18, 2017 at St. Mary’s Center, Cherry Hill. Born in Philadelphia, Loretta was 93 years old.
She was a resident of Mt. Laurel, NJ for the last 30 years.
Beloved wife of 56 years to the late Paul J. McCormick. Loving mother of Michael (Carol) McCormick and Jeanne McCormick.
Sister of the late Jeanne Tugman, the late John Tugman and the late Leonard Tugman.
Also surviving are several nieces and nephews.
Loretta enjoyed reading, taking long walks, cryptogram puzzles and riding horses.
After graduating from St. Mary’s School of Nursing, Loretta volunteered her time helping polio victims in Arkansas.
She was employed as an RN at several Philadelphia area hospitals.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Loretta’s Life Celebration and viewing Monday 9-10 a.m. at Givnish of Marlton 398 East Main Street.
Her Funeral Mass will follow 11 a.m. at St. John Neumann Church 560 Walton Ave. Mt. Laurel, NJ 08054.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. John Neumann Church.
