Luis Mestre's Obituary
Luis Mestre, of Delran, NJ, passed away peacefully at his home on May 28, 2021.
Luis was the beloved husband of Maria Mestre for 30 years; A loving father of David Mestre, Jennifer Mestre, Juliana Mestre and Eric Mestre. He was a dear brother to Miguel Caceres, Rosa Caceres, Maria Caceres and Mijo Caceres. He was a loving grandfather of Alston, Javier and Bianca Mestre and Gianni and Arianna Gonzalez.
Luis was a very kind and loving person, and will always be remembered by his family and friends. He was a very hard worker who was very creative and taught himself to play the guitar and even built a guitar of his own. His creativity lead him to complete many projects on his own. During his five years of batting Lung Cancer, he was courageous and strong fighting this disease, but at the end, he surrendered and let go peacefully surrounded by his loving family.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on June 01, 2021 from 4:00 to 6:30 PM at the Givnish Funeral Home of Cinnaminson located at 1200 Route 130 North. There will be an opportunity to share stories and eulogies at 5:00 PM. At the request of the family, masks are to be worn.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Luis's memory can be made to Compassionate Care Hospice in Burlington County 261 Connecticut Dr. Suite 1 Burlington, NJ 08016.
