With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Lynne Marie Flynn (nee Hansberry) loving wife, incredible Mother, cherished family member, devoted friend, and a beloved nurse, who left us on September 26 at the age of 65.
Born on September 12 in Philadelphia, Lynne Marie dedicated her life to caring for others. As a nurse for over 40 years, she touched countless lives with her compassion and expertise, always going above and beyond to ensure her patients felt valued and understood. She built a kind reputation and her commitment to her profession was matched only by her love for her family and friends.
Lynne Marie had an extraordinary gift for making everyone feel special. Her love, compassion and her kindness knew no bounds. She was a source of strength and support for those around her, always ready with a listening ear or a warm hug. Whether hosting gatherings, making her famous pretzels, sharing heartfelt advice, or simply being present, Lynne Marie made a lasting impact on everyone she met.
She is survived by beloved husband Tom, two sons, TJ (Darcy), Scott (Elizabeth), four grandchildren; Thomas, Delaney, Emilia, and Teagan, brother Rick (Chris), niece Alison (Brett, and her son Brooks), nephew Evan, niece Cristin and sister-in-law Lee, and countless friends who will forever hold her memory close.
A viewing of Lynne Marie will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 6-8pm at Givinish Funeral Home, 1200 US-130, Cinnaminson, NJ followed by a viewing Wednesday 9-10am at Givinish and Mass at 10:30 at St. Charles Borromeo Church for her family, friends, and colleagues to attend.
