Margaret Dalesio's Obituary
Margaret M. Dalesio, née Fratis born in Philadelphia on February 9, 1938. Long time resident of Willingboro, NJ. Predeceased by her beloved husband, Michael R. Dalesio. The last surviving daughter of John and Martha Fratis. Preceded in death by her beloved sisters Miriam Capuano, Mary Marcelli, Eileen Nasife and Lorraine Guglielmucci. Survived by her four children, Jackie McCann (John), Patti Noe (Brian), Michael (Courtney) and Anthony (Darla). Loving and proud Mommom to David, Luc, Maggie, Emily, Hope, Johnny, Mitchell, Morgan, Meghan and Lana. Family friends and devoted neighbors Sandra and Bill Campbell.
Survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Marge was an avid reader, lover of history and ahead of her time on social issues.
She was a life long fan of all Philadelphia sports teams, especially the Eagles and the Sixers.
She loved a party, enjoyed dancing and music.
She was a long-time member of Corpus Christi Church, Willingboro, NJ. She was a prayer warrior saying the rosary daily, if anyone needed prayers she would add them to her list.
She gave to many charities, particularly St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and Wounded Warriors.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, June 14th at Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Willingboro, NJ from 9:00am to 10:30am with her memorial mass beginning at 10:30am. Inurnment will take place at Oddfellows Cemetery in Burlington, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, Wounded Warriors or the USO.
