Margaret A. Lawrence's Obituary
Margaret Lawrence (nee McKeown), 90, of Maple Shade , NJ, passed away on November 23rd, 2022. Born in Philadelphia on November 30th, 1931, to the late James McKeown and the late Margaret Ann McKeown (nee Able). Loving wife to the late Lawrence P. Lawrence. Beloved mother to John Lawrence (Colleen), Dennis Lawrence (Loraine), Tim Lawrence (Denean), and Kevin Lawrence (Sally). Cherished grandmother to Megan, Zach, Maggie, Brian, K.C., Sean, Deblyn, Nina, Nikki, Steven, Sam, Brittany, Bryan. Cherished sister of George, Matt, the late Jim, the late Tom, and the late Bill.
Peg, as she was affectionately known, was a devout Catholic. Her rosaries were a constant companion. Her devotion to her parents and husband were exemplary. She was an avid reader and enjoyed bowling. She loved spending time with family, and her laugh was truly infectious. She is greatly missed and will be remembered always.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Thursday, December 1st, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, located 236 East Main Street in Maple Shade. Following the visitation there will be a mass at 11 a.m. also at church. Burial will be private.
