Margaret M Zurad's Obituary
Margaret Zurad (nee Green), 82, longtime resident of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away suddenly on August 15, 2023. Born on January 23, 1941 in Philadelphia, PA to the late William and Virginia Green. Devoted wife to Joseph Zurad to 62 years. Dear mother to Colleen Huelskamp (Paul)and Janette Kile (Robert). “Mimi” to Bobby and Lauren. Sister to Patricia Capilato (late Michael), Thomas Green (Alberta), Virginia Matza (Robert), the late Janet Logue (late Joseph), and the late William Green. She will be missed by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Margaret loved to dance. Even up until the week before she passed, she was dancing with her family in Wildwood, NJ. She adored animals, especially her beloved cat RiRi. Most of all, Margaret will be remembered for the love she had for her family.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Friday, August 18th at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 E. Main Street, from 8:30am to 10:30am. Her funeral mass will follow at Our Lady of Perpetual Help of Maple Shade at 11:0oam. Burial will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org.
