Mari Jean Southard's Obituary
Mari Jean Southard, 54, of Hamilton, NJ passed away at Temple University Hospital on September 5th, 2014 surrounded by her loving family. Mari had an enormous personality, a loving heart, a flair for creativity, and a fantastic sense of humor that was matched only by her beautiful smile. Above all, Mari loved her family and friends - this was apparent in the attention and passion she put into even the littlest of things that she did. She spent over forty-five minutes with her daughter Kristin hand-selecting and arranging flowers to give to her precious daughter Samantha at the birth of her granddaughter, Grace. Her son Paul brought her endless joy and amusement. Mari gave all three of her children some of their best childhood memories; she never tired of playing games, wrestling, telling jokes, making up ghost stories on stormy days, singing, and kissing their faces whether they liked it or not. She truly adored her big family; she thought of them often and got a kick out of reminiscing about the good times they shared. She was preceded in death by her cherished father, Paul Feuchtwanger; nephews, Donny Schultz and Matthew Cardinal; and niece, Mari Lynn Schultz. She is survived by her mother Viola Feuchtwanger, her siblings; Robert Feuchtwanger, Lynn Cardinal, Mark Feuchtwanger and wife Carol, Jerry Feuchtwanger and wife Vicki, Jeffrey Feuchtwanger and wife Sherri, Paula Sieke and husband John; daughters, Kristin Macaluso and Samantha Southard; son, Paul Southard; granddaughter, Grace Schwear, and many beloved nieces and nephews. A service will be held at Snover Givnish Funeral Home, 1200 U.S. 130, Cinnaminson, NJ at 9:30 for family and from 10:00 - 11:00 for the public on Saturday, September 13th. Interment will follow at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the American Red Cross. “The secret of your beauty and the mystery of your soul, I’ve been searching for in everyone.”
