Marie R. Evans' Obituary
Marie R. Evans (née Ragone), of Marlton, NJ, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2025, at the age of 92. Born in Camden, NJ, she was the daughter of the late Pasquale and Rose (née Vettese) Ragone.
Marie was the beloved wife of the late Paul M. Evans. She was a devoted mother to Paul Evans Jr. (Nancy), Pat Evans, Sandra Belsky (William), Cheryl Curry (Andrew), and Barbara L. Evans. She was a cherished grandmother to Joel, Brian, Matthew, Carrie, Stephen, Shawn, Amanda, and Angel, and a proud great-grandmother and great-great-grandmother to many.
She is also survived by her dear sister, Frances Bianco, and was predeceased by her sister, Shirley Stuhltrager.
Marie will be remembered for her love of family and flowers, her warmth, and her enduring spirit. Her legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a visitation on Thursday July 10th at St. Joan of Arc Parish, 100 Willow Bend Rd., from 10:30 am to 11:20 am. Her Mass will begin at 11:30 am. Interment will be private for the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Marie’s memory may be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation, www.wish.org
