Marie Funk's Obituary
Marie T. (nee Marsden) Funk passed away peacefully on April 17, 2013. Born in Philadelphia, Marie was 76 years old. She was a resident of Delran, NJ and formerly of Philadelphia. Marie was employed as an administrative assistant for Strawbridge & Clothier for over 20 years. Beloved wife of 49 years to the late Harry C. Funk. Loving mother of Kenneth (Helen) Funk, Patricia (Gary) Rehmann, Susan (Don) Faber, Eileen (Gary) Shane, Michael (Tricia) Funk, the late Steven (Evie) Funk and the late Richard Funk. Devoted grandmother of Jackie, Kristen, Andrew, Matthew, Michelle, Becky, Alec, Marielle, Hannah, Lauren (Michael), Cindi (Jim) and Eric. Great grandmother of Lilah. Sister of Evelyn (Jim) Flaherty and Frances (Fred) Siegman. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Marie's Life Celebration and Viewing Tuesday 9-10:30 a.m. at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North. Her Funeral Mass will follow 11 a.m. at Resurrection Parish/Church of the Holy Name 260 Conrow Road, Delran, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Alzheimer?s Association 3 Eves Drive, Suite 310, Marlton, NJ 08053 and/or the Masonic Home of NJ, 902 Jacksonville Road, Burlington Township, NJ 08016.
