Marie Panichella's Obituary
Marie Panichella (nee Pericoli) passed away peacefully on Thursday, January 7, 2021 at St. Mary’s Catholic Home in Cherry Hill. Born in Florence, Italy to Giuseppe and Armida Pericoli, Marie was 93 years old. She was a life long resident of Maple Shade.
Loving mother of Gaetano “Guy” (Susan) Panichella, the late John Panichella and the late Anthony Panichella .
Cherished grandmother of Noelle, Michael, Brielle, Justine, Gina and Marissa. Great grandmother of Olivia, Naomi, Hunter, Henry and Adino.
Also surviving are Sunday Ann (Dr. John) Scappatici and Joseph Angelastro.
Marie was employed as a seamstress at Warwick’s Fashion in Maple Shade for over 20 years.
She enjoyed preparing food at the Pennsauken Towers and especially spending time with her family.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Marie’s Funeral Mass 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13th, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church 236 E. Main Street Maple Shade.
