Martin Anthony Melincavage's Obituary
Martin Anthony Melincavage, of Cinnaminson, passed away on November 30, 2017. He was 86.
Born in Heckscherville, Pennsylvania he was the son of the late Anthony and Edna Zinda Melincavage. He attended the former Cass Township schools. He was a Navy Veteran of the Korean War.
Martin was a retired aircraft mechanic, having worked for US Airways. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church in Cinnaminson, NJ.
Martin was the beloved husband of the late Dorothy Melincavage. Loving father of Robert, Raymond (wife Kathleen), Michelle Villalva (husband Daniel), and Martin Jr. Dear grandfather of Jessica, Ashley, Raymond, Christopher, Brandon, Christina, and Angelina. Great grandfather of William and Destiny. Loving brother of Teresa. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, the former Dorothy Sunosky in 1989; four brothers Raymond, John, Anthony, and Edward; and a sister Marcella Long.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Martin’s life celebration gathering on Saturday, December 9th, from 9:30 – 11 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 2500 Branch Pike, Cinnaminson. His funeral Mass will begin at 11 am, followed by burial at Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in Martin’s name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, www.stjude.org.
