Mary Ellen Butterfoss' Obituary
Mary Ellen Butterfoss (nee Lenyo), a resident of Cinnaminson for 59 years, passed away at her home on December 1, 2019. She was 90 years old.
Mary Ellen was the beloved wife of the late Edwin J. Butterfoss Jr. for 60 years before his passing in 2012. Loving mother of Peggy O’Brien (Peter), Edwin J. III (Jane), Mark (Laurie), Beth (Jeff), and Amy Welsh (Pete). Dear grandmother of Jeffrey, Molly, Kara, Sara, Danny, Derek, Tommy, Kelsey, Alyssa, and Dana. Great grandmother of Caroline, Cate, Cora, Sage, Eddie, and Maeve. Mary Ellen is predeceased by her sons, Michael and Jeffrey, and her brothers, John and Tommy Lenyo.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 N., on Sunday evening, December 8th, from 4 pm – 6 pm. Her funeral Mass will be on Monday morning, December 9th, at 10:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 2500 Branch Pike, Cinnaminson, followed by interment in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson. In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary Ellen’s memory may be made to the American Heart Association, www.Heart.org.
