Mary E. Unland's Obituary
Ms. Mary E. Unland passed away peacefully on August 25, 2015 at Brandywine Estates in Moorestown, NJ. Born in Riverside, NJ, Mary was 90 years old. She was a former resident of Delran and Riverton.
Daughter of the late H. Lloyd and Charlotte Unland, sister of the late H. Llyod Unland and the late Robert B. Unland, aunt of the late Barbara McClure. Mary is survived by her niece Patricia Dailey; nephews Glenn Unland, Walter Unland, Richard Unland and Ernest Unland; grand-nieces Erin Lagatic, Shannon Perrone, Auria Unland, Crystal Shaw, Katie Rae Unland, Casey Unland; grand-nephews Daniel Unland, Richard Dailey. Mary is also survived by her good friend, Joseph Piech.
Mary was a retired Equipment Supply Specialist for the Aviation Supply Office in Philadelphia after 40 years of employment.
Mary was a long time member of the Central Baptist Church in Palmyra, NJ and was a current member of the Asbury United Methodist Church in Cinnaminson, NJ.
She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Covenant Lodge #108.
She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution, a member of the Porch Club, Riverton, NJ, the Navy League and she volunteered her time working at Deborah Heart & Lung Center and the U.S.O.
Mary traveled extensively to Kenya, Russia, Great Britain, Hawaii and Japan.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend Mary's graveside Friday, August 28th, 11 a.m. at Bethel Memorial Park 1620 Cove Road, Pennsauken, NJ 08110.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Asbury United Methodist Church, 2492 Andover Road, Cinnaminson, NJ 08077
