Maximo Taveras' Obituary
Maximo Taveras, of Voorhees, NJ, passed away on March 31, 2026. Born in Queens, New York to Maximo and Marina (nee Nunez) Taveras, he was 58 years old.
Maximo was the beloved husband of Roxana (nee Rada); cherished father of Maximo Taveras, Jr. Dear brother of Janet Taveras, Maria Taveras, Sandra Taveras, Wanda Taveras, Johanna Taveras, and Edison Taveras. Also survived by many extended family members and friends who will miss him greatly.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Friday evening, April 10th, from 6 pm to 8 pm at Givnish of Marlton, 398 East Main Street. His funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, April 11th at 10 am at St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, 43 W. Maple Avenue, Merchantville, NJ, followed by entombment in Arlington Cemetery and Mausoleum, 1620 Cove Road, Pennsauken, NJ.
