I have so many fond memories of Michael. We were so close growing up. Just a year younger than me, our moms would call us the “kissin cousins.” As a kid, I loved coming to your house in Maple Shade. The smell of those hoagies and us hanging out all day. As much as I tolerated those Elvis records, you tolerated being “Ken” for me. As soon as the music would come on, we would dance the bump and you would always be the lead singer. Which reminds me of how good an impression you did of Mick Jagger. Always loved that hearty laugh of yours and your big smile would just make anyone’s day. I also have a lot of great memories from when you lived with Billy and we spent a lot of time together. Making crazy concoctions, playing goofy games, decorating the house with Halloween props, and laughing so hard sometimes we could hardly breathe. We would take our kids to the park and you were so happy to be a dad. You were definitely not the shy one, you definitely had the gift to gab and I was happy to listen to your stories. You were always so easy to talk to and you could always make me laugh when I was feeling down. There were times when we didn’t see other for a while; but when we got back together, it was like no time had ever passed. You had the biggest heart, a true genuine person - you were such a gift. I feel very blessed to have been your cousin but even more blessed to have been your friend. I will miss you terribly and will remember you for always. Xoxo cuz, Andrea
