Michael J. Coyle Sr.'s Obituary
Michael J. Coyle passed away peacefully on June 20, 2019 at Samaritan Hospice in Voorhees, NJ. Born in Philadelphia, Michael was 89 years old. He was a resident of Pennsauken and formerly of Philadelphia.
Beloved husband of 66 years to the late Frances M. (Mellon).
Loving father of Julia (Jon) Konert-Vecchione, Michael (Dolores) Coyle Jr. and Frances (Tom) Travaglini .
Grandfather of Julia Ann Konert, Jennifer Lynne Konert, Tom Travaglini, Stephanie Coyle, Dawn Condiff, Ember Vecchione, Brendan Vecchione and 5 great grand children.
Brother of Catherine Sparks and Florence Curtis.
Michael proudly served his country in the US Army. After serving he was a longtime employee of the Philadelphia Marine Terminal as a longshoreman.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Sunday, June 23rd, from 6-8 p.m.
at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North. Prayer service will be at 7:30 p.m.
Interment, with Military Honors, will take place at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, Newtown, PA. Monday, June 24th, at 11:30 a.m.
