Michael K. Mancine's Obituary
Michael K. Mancine passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at The Samaritan Center at Voorhees. Born in Camden to Clifford and Dolores Mancine, Michael was 58 years old. He was a life long resident of Cherry Hill. He was a graduate of Cherry Hill High School West, Class of 1980 where he was a 2 way star football player for the Lions from 1977 to 1980.
Michael was employed as an optical lab technician for Mancine Optical in Delran for over 30 years.
He was a motorcycle enthusiast.
Michael enjoyed working on cars, fishing and yard work. One of his favorite pastimes was listening to the Grateful Dead. At the annual Mancine office Christmas party you would find Michael singing Elvis’ Blue Christmas.
He was an avid sports fan for the Philadelphia teams. Most importantly, Michael enjoyed spending time with his family.
Michael was the brother of Joe (Maryann), the late Janet Whitcas, Cliff (Kathy), Brian (Jenifer), Vincent (Susan) and Diane Mancine.
Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, December 14th, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North.
His Memorial Service will follow at 3 p.m.
