Miguel Omlas Babia's Obituary
Miguel Omlas Babia, of Mount Laurel, NJ passed away on Tuesday, April 28, 2020 from cardiac arrest. He was 84 years old.
Miguel was born in Lucban, Quezon, Philippines to Antonia and and Mariano Babia. He and his wife, Anacoreta immigrated from the Philippines to South Jersey in 1969. Since 2004, he and his wife have resided in Mount Laurel, NJ. Earnest and passionate, he served as an elementary school educator for the Camden County School district for 20 years. He was a devout Catholic and active member of St. Charles Borromeo, Cinnaminson, NJ. Miguel was a loving, loyal, husband of 55 years and caring father to three daughters, Janice Babia, Jennifer Babia-Espiritu, and Joanne Babia-Ravasco. In addition, he was a loving grandfather to six grandchildren: Sebastian, Elize, Ethan Noah, Jaxen, Chloee and Blair. At the request of the family, all services will be private.
