While it has been too many years ago, I worked with Muriel at the Pennsylvania Ballet as a colleague and friend. She was a unique, smart and lovely person, and I cherish her friendship. It was at a time when the Ballet was strong and exciting, and she helped to build it. We might never have money but passion and caring like what Muriel gave to all of us from dancers to lowly ticket managers like me helped to make the Ballet great. I am sorry I lost touch with her, but so happy that she met interesting people, travelled, and enjoyed her family over her lifetime. A life well lived! God bless you Muriel.

I am so sad to read here about the passing of Muriel, who was my neighbor and friend for many years. She was very supportive to me during times of sadness, and had a wonderful ability to comfort me when I was feeling down. I have not seen her for several years now, but I have thought of her often. My sympathies go out to her family, especially to Pam, Kim and sister Jill, who I knew best of all. Muriel was such a lovely person, inside and out.
