I only ever met Nick a handful of times, he was a close friend to my fiancé, but even without knowing that well, Nick always talked to me and accepted me as if I had known him his whole life, really cool guy. Super down to earth, funny, blue collar dude, with a lot knowledge, on top of an insightful and positive, yet darkly comedic and realistic perspective on the world, which I can respect. But what I really liked about him were the glimmers of a deeply sensitive nature in him that would shine through in both conversation and action when I was around him, despite him even knowing me that well. He was a guy who wasn’t afraid to express his emotions and bare his heart. He was just comfortable to be himself around anyone, and allowed you to be yourself around him, which is a trait highly lacked in our world. It’s a shame his life was cut short, and I quietly send love to Nicks soul as well as every one that loved him🖤
