Norma R. Fleming's Obituary
Norma Rose Fleming (nee Jefferson) "Jeff" age 94 of the Masonic Home, Burlington, NJ. Formerly of Pennsauken, died on October 14, 2014. Born October 30, 1919 in Minersville, PA. Beloved wife of the late John Frame Fleming and daughter of the late Clyde and Emma (nee Morrison) Jefferson. Norma was a 1937 graduate of Woodrow Wilson High School, Camden, NJ. She was employed by Curtis Publishing Co. in Philadelphia and Core States Bank in Westmont, NJ. Norma was a member of the Maple Shade Women's Club and the General Federation of Women's Club serving as secretary of that organization. She enjoyed traveling and was as avid reader. During the 1930's and 40's she sang with many local bands.
Predeceased in death by her husband, parents and brother and sister, she is survived by her nephew George Zeferes of Coconut Creek, FL. Friends are invited to her Life Celebration and viewing Saturday 9-10 a.m. at Inglesby/Givnish of Maple Shade 600 East Main Street. Her Funeral Service will follow at 10 a.m. Interment will follow in Lakeview Memorial Park, Cinnaminson, NJ.
