Patricia T. Concannon's Obituary
Patricia T. (Pat) Concannon passed away on August 31, 2019 surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Philadelphia and was a long time resident of Marlton, NJ. She graduated Ancilla Domini Academy and Gwynedd Mercy College. She was an elementary school teacher before starting an extended career in sales. During her mother’s battle with cancer, Pat witnessed the miraculous care provided by hospice. Pat became taken with the mission of hospice, and decided to leave sales and dedicate the next 20 years working full time in the hospice industry. Pat worked with several organizations in the Philadelphia area, most recently Acacia Hospice of Burlington, NJ. Pat was also an active participant with Honor Flight, an organization dedicated to taking World War II veterans to Washington, DC to visit the World War II museum and monuments.
Daughter of Mark T. and Mary K. Concannon (deceased). Beloved sister to Maureen, Mark T. (deceased), Nora, Timothy, Dennis (deceased) Kevin and Michael. Beloved Aunt to Deanne Koehn, Jay Koehn, Miriam Worth, Mark T. Concannon III, Kelly Parks, Kate Concannon, Matt Concannon, Chris Concannon, Eric Concannon, Rachel Smith, Mimi Concannon, Camille Concannon, Sean Concannon and Elise Concannon. Beloved sister-in-law to Lois, Beth, Chrisie and Richard. Relatives and friends are invited Pat’s viewing on Friday, September 6th starting 10AM at St. Joan of Arc church followed by Mass at 11AM.
