Patricia B. Porter's Obituary
Patricia B. Porter (nee Sharkey), of Maple Shade, NJ, passed away unexpectedly at her home on July 25, 2021. Born in Beacon, NY to the late John and Catherine Sharkey, she was 75 years old.
Pat was the beloved wife of John T. Porter for 54 years; loving mother of Joseph Porter, Patricia Schaeffer (Earl), Dawn Jordan (Steve), and Susan Porter; cherished “Greea” of Courtney Schaeffer, Michael Schaeffer (Sasha), Shane Jordan, Sebastian Paradise, and Kendall Paradise; Great “Greea” of Sailor Shay; dear sister of Mary McGuigan (Jim), and the late Ann Alexander. Pat is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends who will miss her tremendously.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 East Main Street, on Wednesday, July 28th from 11:30 am to 1 pm. Her Funeral Mass will begin at 1:30 pm at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church, 236 E. Main Street, Maple Shade. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat’s memory may be made to Homeward Bound Pet Adoption Center, 125 County House Road, Blackwood, NJ 08012.
