Patricia Anne Sehlmeyer's Obituary
Patricia Anne Sehlmeyer (née Donohoe), of Cinnaminson, NJ, passed away peacefully at home on April 3, 2026. Born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Joseph and Mary (née Brady) Donohoe, she was 95 years old.
Patricia was the beloved wife of the late William Sehlmeyer II. She was the loving mother of William Sehlmeyer III and Kathryn Hogan (Robert), and the devoted Nana of Megan Field (the late Ken), Sean McVaugh (Kate), and Lauren Sparks (Gary). She was the cherished Great Nana of Kaelyn and Meah.
She is survived by her sister, Mary Garrity (the late Thomas), and was predeceased by her siblings Joseph Donohoe (Marge), Edward Donohoe (the late Marilyn), and Michael Donohoe (Nancy). Patricia is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends who will miss her greatly.
A devout parishioner of St. Charles Borromeo Parish, Patricia dedicated many years working in the rectory and lovingly served as the nurse for the parish carnival. She was a member of the Over 50 Club, and did a lot of traveling with them.
She was proud of her Irish heritage, held dual citizenship with Ireland, and enjoyed Irish dancing.
Patricia had a deep love of travel and proudly visited every continent except Antarctica. She especially enjoyed cruises and treasured the experiences and memories they brought. She also loved playing cards, spending time with her family, and caring for her beloved cats—especially Archie.
Known for her wonderful sense of humor and vibrant spirit, Patricia embraced life fully and brought joy to those around her. She will be remembered for her warmth, her devotion to her husband and family, and her enduring love of life.
Relatives and friends are invited to gather on Thursday April 9th from 9 to 10 am at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North. Mass will be held at 10:30 am at St. Charles Borromeo Parish, 2500 Branch Pike, Cinnaminson, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Patricia may be made to the Heart of Camden, www.heartofcamden.org.
