Patricia A. Lowther Smith's Obituary
Patricia A. "Patty" Smith passed away peacefully on Friday, January 17, 2025 with her family by her side. Age of 61. Born to Mt. Holly to Patricia A. and George A. Lowther, Sr., Patty grew up in Delanco NJ, and was a former resident of Delran.
Patty was the beloved wife of the late David A. Smith, who preceded her in death on December 12, 2022. She was the devoted mother of Nicole and a cherished daughter of Patricia A. Lowther and the late George A. Lowther, Sr.
She is survived by her loving siblings, George A. Lowther, Jr., David J. (Johanna) Lowther, and Barbara L. (Todd) Lowther Mettinger, as well as her dear nieces, Lauren and Abagail. Patty loved her German shepherds, Bonnie and Clyde, who were her constant companions.
Patty worked as an assistant manager at Dunkin’ Donuts in Delanco for the past two years. She enjoyed visiting the Columbus Farmers Market, taking trips to Wildwood and Atlantic City, and was proud to have attended two Trump rallies. Loved going to the movies with Nicole.
A gathering of family and friends will take place on Friday, January 24, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson, located at 1200 Route 130 North. Patty’s Funeral Service will immediately follow at 11 a.m., with interment at Monument Cemetery in Beverly, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in Patty’s name to Samaritan Hospice or a local animal shelter.
