Patrick M. King's Obituary
Patrick M. King passed away suddenly on December 10, 2018 at his residence in Maple Shade. Born in Boston, MA, Pat was 56 years old. He was a resident of Maple Shade for the last 15 years. He formerly lived in Glenside, PA. Beloved husband of 15 years to Emma (née Hall). Loving father of Melissa (Dominick Santivasci) Burns and Fred Fuller. Pop-Pop to Romeo, Luciano and Nicole. Brother of Timothy (Colleen) King, Linda (Jeff) Salipante and Christine (Bruno) Mirarchi. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Pat was assistant to the president Charles Jacquin Et Cie, Inc. in Philadelphia for the last 38 years.
Pat was a member of Bellemonte Hunting and Fishing Club in Lake Wallenpaupack, PA where he enjoyed hunting and fishing at his mountain home. Pat loved taking his grandson, Romeo, to Snider Hockey. He loved the Flyers, Eagles and the Phillies.
Pat will be remembered for his sarcasm and quick humor, he loved making people laugh.
Pat, especially enjoyed being with his family and he was very proud of being a grandfather. He loved spending time with his large circle of cherished friends.
A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at Givnish of Maple Shade 600 East Main Street. Sharing with family and friends will follow from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ed Snider Youth Hockey Foundation 3601 S. Broad St. Phila., PA 19148.
