Paul F. Pallas' Obituary
Paul F. Pallas, 94, longtime resident of Maple Shade, passed away peacefully on March 5, 2023. Born on April 15, 1928 to the late Paul and Mary Pallas. Loving husband to the late Camille “Trudy” Pallas (nee Notte). Paul E. Pallas (Marion), David Pallas (Anita), and Mary Ann Pallas. Grandfather to 11 and great grandfather to 18. He will be greatly missed by his granddaughter and husband, Jennifer and James Coleman, who lovingly cared for him in the last 2 1/2 years of his life.
Paul proudly served his country in the United States Army Air Corps. In 1960 he founded Swisco Windows & Doors. The company began as a small repair shop and has now grown into a global business in its third generation. On his downtime, Paul enjoyed playing badminton with his friends and gardening in his yard. Paul was a longtime member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help in Maple Shade and served as an usher. He was always “Terrific” and would often tell friends and family “You only live twice!”. He will be remembered by the love and pride he had for his family.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Sunday, March 12th at Givnish of Maple Shade, 600 E. Main Street, from 6:00pm to 8:00pm and again on Monday, March 13th from 9:30am to 10:30am. His funeral service will take place at 10:30am. Burial to follow at Calvary Cemetery in Cherry Hill. In lieu of flowers, donations in Paul’s name may be made to Samaritan Health and Hospice, www.SamaritanNJ.org
