Regina A. O'Loughlin's Obituary
Regina “Jeanne” A. O’Loughlin (née Ridgway) passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026. She was 80 years old.
Born in Philadelphia to the late James and Esther Ridgway, Jeanne was predeceased by her beloved siblings: James (Pauline) Ridgway, John (the late Arlene) Ridgway, and Joseph (Janet) Ridgway.
Jeanne was a resident of Moorestown for the past 15 years and formerly lived in Drexel Hill, Pennsylvania. She was a proud graduate of the Villanova Nursing School and dedicated many years of her life to caring for others as a nurse, working for the Delaware County Home Health Agency, Crozier, and many other organizations throughout her career.
Jeanne found great joy in gardening, taking trips to the shore, and spending time at the casinos. She loved to laugh and make others laugh, was a good friend to many, an avid reader, and a lover of crossword puzzles. Above all, she was devoted to her family and cherished every moment spent with them.
She was known for her Christmas cookies. Lifelong member of the St. William’s Sorority.
She was the loving mother of Patrick (Chelsy Velasco) O’Loughlin and Bridget O’Loughlin, and the late Sean O’Loughlin, who passed away in 1974. She is also survived by her siblings, Thomas Ridgway and Esther “Honey” (Greg) Constantini, along with many nieces, nephews, and dear friends who will miss her greatly.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday beginning at 1:00 p.m. at Givnish of Cinnaminson, 1200 Route 130 North.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wounded Warrior Project.
