Reynold Chin Johnson's Obituary
Reynold Chin Johnson, 71, passed away peacefully on October 2, 2018 at his home in Pennsauken NJ, with his family by his side. Born March 7, 1947, in Millsboro, Delaware, Chin enjoyed celebrating his Native American heritage. An Army veteran, Chin was an active member of the American Legion, serving as a Commander of Post #292 and a District Commander when he lived in Philadelphia and later Vice Commander and Judge Advocate for Post #372 in Cherry Hill, NJ. Chin loved riding his Harley and was a member of the Legion Riders.
Loving husband to Susan Johnson (nee Horner). Dear father to Charles “Chuck” Johnson (Christina). Pop Pop to Eric Walker. Brother-in-law to Bill Horner (Ellen) and Charles Horner Jr. (Pamela). Uncle to Jennifer, Stephanie and Christine.
A gathering of friends and family will be held on Saturday, October 6th at Givnish of Maple Shade from 10:30 to 11:30. Family sharing and military honors will follow. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Legion or to a cancer society.
