So sad.You were a great guy and I will miss all the good times we had.I hope there were no hard feelings but knowing who you were I seriously doubt it.The world is a little darker without you in it and I hope you at least found the happiness you were seeking.
My deepest sympathies to all of Rich's family & close friends. Rich was always a great dude with a warm heart that loved his family & friends. I was working and unable to attend the services. Thoughts & prayers.

Please know I am not writing this to try and offend anyone at all. That is not why I'm writing this. I would just like to add some things the obituary left out. Richie was a loving brother to Michelle Foglio and Lisa Foglio. Cousin but more like a brother to Michael Davenport, Matthew Davenport, Fran Kelly, Shawn Kelly and Christen Kelly. And just like a son to Mary Kelly Davenport and William Davenport. They all thought the world of Richie and He thought the world of them. Even though Richie gained a new family two years ago, His forever family will always be in his heart and ours.
The arrangements were amazing. Thank you for showing your love and support. It meant a lot to me and family members. Rich was a true gentleman with a heart of gold. I will forever miss the love of my life xoxox

This doesn't feel real and I don't think it ever will. When I first met you it was quite clear you were so much more to Matthew than his cousin, you were like his brother. You had a heart of gold Richie. I know I for one am gonna miss you picking me up and giving me the biggest hugs when you saw me , and the way you would say my name in that sweet high pitched voice of yours, and of course our sleep overs when you had to take the bus to work. You will truly be missed everyday Richie. You have brought so much love to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing you. I love you Richie 😇😘😢
