Richard V. Pizzuto's Obituary
Richard V. Pizzuto, of Cinnaminson, passed away on March 14th, 2025. He was 85 years old. Richard was born in Philadelphia, PA, on July 19th, 1939, to the late Steve Pizzuto and the late Jeanie Pizzuto (nee Constatantine). Loving father to Stacy Decker (David) and Janene Decker (Patrick). Beloved grandfather to Gianna, Nicholas, Dylan, and Gabrielle. Cherished brother to Kenneth “Kenny” Pizzuto (Marguarita).
Richard served his country in the U.S. Army. After Richard left the Army, he worked as hairdresser in the Philadelphia area for many years. Owning his salon, Dimensions, in Newtown, PA. He moved to Sarasotta, FL, to retire, but then opened another salon. He worked as a hairdresser until the age of 80. He spent many years living in Florida, where he greatly enjoyed the sunshine and playing golf. He remained a fan of his hometown teams the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies. He came back to the area a few years ago. He resided at Azalea in Cinnaminson where he loved playing poker and bingo with his friends.
Family and friends are invited to a visitation on Monday, March 24th, beginning at 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Our Lady of Good Counsel Church. Located at 42 West Main Street, Moorestown, NJ, 08057. Immediately following the visitation there will be funeral mass beginning at 10:30 a.m., also at church. Burial will be private.
