Richard A. Stolte's Obituary
Richard A. Stolte passed away peacefully on September 17, 201 at Samaritan Hospice surrounded by his family. Born in Philadelphia, Richard was 85 years old. He was a resident of Hainesport, NJ since 1988. Rich was a graduate of Temple University where he played football, he earned 2 MBA’s and a BA all in Education. He was a teacher for the Willingboro School
District. Rich proudly served in the US Army as a 1st Lieutenant. Beloved husband of the late Susan Stolte. Loving father of Michael T. Stolte, Andree Stolte, Jeanne A (Nori) Takada and Jennifer C. Stolte (Hady Azadikhah). Pop-pop to Nick, Leah, Benjamin, Emily, Olivia, Kay and Kenneth. Brother of Dr. George L. Stolte.
Rich was an avid bird watcher, movie buff and animal lover. He loved to dine out, travel and was a handyman painter extraordinaire. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Rich’s Life Celebration and viewing Wednesday 7-9 p.m. and Thursday 10-11 a.m. at Snover/Givnish of Cinnaminson 1200 Route 130 North. His Funeral Service will follow at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at St. Peter’s Cemetery, Riverside, NJ. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Burlington County Animal Shelter 35 Academy Drive Westampton, NJ 08060. 609-265-5073.
